Support
How to reach MadMax support, what to include, and how fast we answer.
Email support@madmax.build. No account, ticket portal or chat widget is needed. Every message goes to the people who build MadMax, and you will hear back within 2 business days (Pacific time), usually much sooner.
What to include
Email support with a pre-filled template — it opens your mail app with the subject and the fields below filled in. If nothing opens, copy the template into a new email to support@madmax.build:
Subject: MadMax support request
Account email:
Workflow name or URL:
Run URL (if a run misbehaved):
What I expected:
What happened instead:
Connected app, workspace or repo (if relevant):
When it happened (date, time, timezone):
Please do not include API keys, OAuth tokens or other secrets.
The more of those you fill in, the faster we can help. The run URL is the address bar after Run History → open the run. For a connected app such as Slack or GitHub, the workspace or repository and roughly when it happened let us find the right log line.
If a key or token has leaked, revoke it in Settings → Connectors (or with the provider) and tell us it was revoked; never paste the secret itself.
Help yourself first
- Documentation covers building workflows, every step, connections, runs, the REST API and MCP.
- Connecting your accounts walks through adding and removing apps such as Slack.
- Each workflow's Run History — the canvas topbar's ⋮ menu, or the workflow's row on the workflows page — shows every execution, the inputs and outputs of each step, and the error that stopped a failed run.
The Slack app
- Install: see the Slack landing page.
- Remove it: open Settings → Connectors and click Disconnect on the Slack card. The OAuth tokens are deleted and every workflow that used the connection stops. You can also remove MadMax from the Slack side under Apps → Manage.
- Delete Slack data we hold: disconnecting removes the tokens. Message content only exists where your workflows wrote it (a data store, a knowledge base, a run record); delete those from Settings → Data or your run history, or email us and we will do it for you.
Account and data requests
Email support@madmax.build from the address on your account to delete your account, export your data, or ask what we hold about you. See the privacy policy for what is collected and how long it is kept.
Security issues
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@madmax.build with Security in the subject line. We acknowledge security reports within 2 business days and will keep you updated until it is resolved.
Billing
Plan and invoice questions go to the same address. You can change or cancel a plan yourself from Settings → Billing at any time.
