Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of MadMax, the workflow-automation platform at madmax.build, operated by Outta Time Ventures LLC (doing business as MadMax). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

MadMax lets you build and run automated workflows: you design them, connect your own accounts and credentials, and the platform executes them when their triggers fire. You are responsible for the workflows you build, the data you route through them, and the actions they take on services you connect.

Acceptable use

Don't use MadMax to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to infringe others' rights, or to probe or disrupt the platform or anyone else's systems. We may suspend accounts or workflows that do.

Your content

Workflows, credentials, files, and data you bring remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and executing what you built. Our privacy policy describes how we handle your information.

SMS messaging terms

These terms apply to messages sent to and from Outta Time Ventures LLC (DBA MadMax) — the text messages we exchange with you when you verify a phone number, trigger your workflows, or receive the notifications you configured.

• Messages you may receive: one-time verification codes when you add your phone number in account settings, and status notifications from workflows you built (for example, a run completing or needing your attention). You can also text your own workflow numbers to trigger automations you created.
• Opting out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time — just text STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed; after that, you will no longer receive SMS from us. To join again, text START and we will resume sending you messages.
• Getting help: if you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@madmax.build.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.

Availability and changes

MadMax is under active development. We work hard to keep it reliable, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and features may change. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced with a prominent notice on the site.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadMax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including the behavior of workflows you or others build.
